Quniana Futrell, known as "Author Q," is a real success story and champion for change. She captivates audiences from all over the world, from the United States to Uganda, with her straightforward and realistic methods to resilience and healing. Quniana entices audiences of 20 -20,000 to "Unleash the Champion," personally and professionally identifying their power within, exposing the excuses, and evolving as a champion.
Quniana has been recognized by both international and local media outlets for her work. Quniana is a captivating keynote delivering presentations for colleges, universities, corporations, associations, youth organizations, business groups, and faith-based organizations worldwide.

Ms. Rhonda Lundy
Born in Dover, Delaware, and raised in Hampton Roads, Rhonda Lundy is a detailed-oriented professional with more than 15 years of progressive experience in spearheading all facets of enterprise operations, capital management, and training. She is engaged in numerous community initiatives throughout the region to include Grace Tabernacle Outreach Program, Excellence Girls Club, Inc., the Norfolk Earn & Learn initiative, and Project Homeless Connect.
Rhonda has a passion for people and truly believes in the power of "mindful communities." "When people experience traumatic or deeply distressing events, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Practicing "mindfulness" provides us with a way to connect intimately and compassionately, ultimately setting the stage for real transformation."
